All orders placed before 3 PM on business days are shipped the same day directly from stock. Delivery times depend on your location, the carrier, and potential unforeseen delays.

We are sorry that your order, which we have packed carefully, has been damaged during transportation. Please contact us at hello@fancythepancy.com. We ask you to send pictures of the damaged goods. We will find a solution.
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days to request a return via hello@fancythepancy.com. Just send your item back in its original packaging – unused, with all accessories. Once received and approved, we’ll refund you within 7 business days. Return shipping is on you.
