Shipping & returns

All products are shipped directly from stock. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier, and unforeseen delays. However we do our utmost best to get our Fancy items to you as fast as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking link and estimated delivery date. If you have an account with us, you can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.
We always send a confirmation email immediately after you have completed your order. Did you not receive it? Unfortunately, we've noticed that this email sometimes ends up in the spam folder, so we ask you to take a look there. If the email is still not there, please contact us at hello@fancythepancy.com. We will send you the confirmation email again.
We are sorry that your order, which we have packed carefully, has been damaged during transportation. Please contact us at hello@fancythepancy.com. We ask you to send pictures of the damaged goods. We will find a solution.
You have 14 days after receiving your package to request a return. Advanced requests are required for all returns. Please contact us via hello@fancythepancy.com
The product must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories (packaging, with all accessories included, and instructions). We refer to our terms and conditions for more information. The costs for returning items are at your own expense
All returned items will be examined carefully. The basic principle is that you may only examine the item as you would in a store. Returned items may be tried on, but must not have been used. When an item has depreciated in value due to use, this will be charged to your account.
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank or credit card company.
