All orders placed before 3 PM on business days are shipped the same day from our warehouse in Zeist, the Netherlands.
Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
You’ll receive a track & trace, so you know exactly when to expect your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your track & trace and estimated delivery date.
If you have an account, you can also check your order status there.
No worries — your order is usually processed successfully.
We always send a confirmation email right after your order is completed. Sometimes it may end up in your spam folder, so it’s worth checking there.

Not completely in love? No problem.
You have 14 days to request a return via hello@fancythepancy.com.
Simply send your item back to our warehouse in Zeist — in its original packaging, unused and with all accessories.
Once it arrives, we’ll process your return. Your refund will be on its way within a few business days.
Return costs depend on the size of your parcel.
