Three Rare Olive Varieties, One Mission
Ladolea exclusively harvests three indigenous Greek olive varieties: Megaritiki, Patrinia, and the well-known Koroneiki. Each variety is hand-picked early in the season, while still unripe and green. Why? Because this is when olives contain the highest levels of polyphenols and antioxidants, which means a more intense, fruity,and healthful oil..
Cold-Pressed with Care
All olives are cold-pressed at below 27°C within 24 hours of harvest in a modern, technologically advanced mill. This process locks in the fresh, bold aromas and flavours that make each bottle of Ladolea oil unforgettable. The oils are stored unfiltered in stainless steel tanks to allow natural sedimentation – a nod to tradition and quality.
