All orders placed before 3 PM on business days are shipped the same day directly from stock. Delivery times depend on your location, the carrier, and potential unforeseen delays.
But rest assured – we’ll do everything we can to get your Fancy package to you as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking link and estimated delivery date. If you have an account with us, you can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.
We always send a confirmation email immediately after you have completed your order. Did you not receive it? Unfortunately, we've noticed that this email sometimes ends up in the spam folder, so we ask you to take a look there. If the email is still not there, please contact us at hello@fancythepancy.com. We will send you the confirmation email again.
We are sorry that your order, which we have packed carefully, has been damaged during transportation. Please contact us at hello@fancythepancy.com. We ask you to send pictures of the damaged goods. We will find a solution.

You have 14 days to request a return via hello@fancythepancy.com. Just send your item back to our warehouse in Zeist — in its original packaging, unused and with all accessories.
Once it arrives, we’ll take care of the rest. Your refund will be on its way within a few business days.
